Account & Data Deletion

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (email, name, authentication records)
• Every subscription you have created or imported
• Any Gmail refresh tokens we hold on your behalf
• Analytics events tied to your account
• All backup copies, within 30 days of the request

How to request deletion

Option 1 — Email (works for everyone, even if you no longer have the app installed):

Send an email from the address on your Recurrly account to saad.mney1@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account". We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

Option 2 — In-app:

Open Recurrly → Settings → Account → Delete my account, then confirm. If your version of the app does not show this button, please use Option 1.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove specific data. You can:

• Delete individual subscriptions — open any subscription in the app and tap the trash icon. The record (and its history) is removed immediately.
• Disconnect Gmail — in Settings → Gmail Integration → Disconnect. We destroy the stored refresh token right away and stop scanning your inbox.
• Request a targeted deletion by email — email saad.mney1@gmail.com describing what you want removed (e.g. analytics events only, a specific time range of subscriptions). We confirm within 30 days.

Gmail access

Deleting your Recurrly account also revokes our access to your Gmail inbox. You can independently revoke Gmail access at any time without deleting your Recurrly account — visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, find Recurrly, and click Remove Access.

Timing

• Gmail refresh tokens are destroyed immediately on request.
• Account and subscription data is deleted within 30 days.
• Backups are purged on a rolling 30-day cycle.
